Testimonials

See why homeowners trust us for their roofing needs. Read testimonials from satisfied clients who have experienced the quality and professionalism of Arizona Roofing & Repair.

I have an older roof that was missing a few shingles from some storm damage. We began by investigating whether my homeowner's insurance might cover the replacement cost. It didn't. Jeff graciously offered to repair the small area that was missing the shingles AT NO COST TO ME! And he did it promptly. I hope to squeeze another year or two out of this old roof, but when it comes time to fully replace it, Arizona Roofing and Repair will get the job!

Robert B

Area Property Manager, Phoenix

The company provided a competitive and comprehensive quote; they were easy to work with and communicative throughout the process as there were weather delays and the roof was in worse shape than initially thought. When additional repair was needed that would have raised the cost, I was blown away at their decision to honor their quote. I would absolutely work with them on jobs in the future.

FAQs

Arizona Roofing and Repair - Frequently Asked Questions

Do I Need to Remove My Satellite Dish?

During the installation, our roofers will detach your satellite dish. There shouldn't be any service interruption, but if there is, please contact our Field Superintendents. If your satellite provider needs to recalibrate the dish, we will gladly cover this cost once a receipt is provided.

When Will You Need Access to My Property?

Our crew will park their trailer in the driveway on the evening prior to the day of the installation. They do this so that there is a dumpster available first thing in the morning for the tear-off crew. Please make sure there are no cars obstructing either lane of the driveway. If you plan on leaving during the installation, it's best to have the car out of the garage as well.

How Do You Manage Debris?

Roofing is a messy job and there will be a great deal of debris. Before the old roof is torn off, we install tarps around the entire perimeter of the house and will perform numerous magnetic sweeps to ensure all nails and staples are properly disposed of. Please be patient with us as we do our utmost to bring your yard back to the condition it was in before we started the job.

How Will Pools and Spas Be Protected During the Job?

If you have a swimming pool or uncovered spa, it will be covered with a tarp to ensure that no debris gets into the pool. However, if any granules do get into the pool and cause a temporary issue with your pool cleaning system then we are happy to cover this cost once a receipt is provided.

When is My Deductible Due?

Your deductible is due once the job is fully completed. Please contact Jamie Guthrie for questions about how to make a payment.

What Happens During the Final Walkthrough?

Once the job is complete, our production manager will arrange a time with you to do a walkthrough of the work. If we notice any items not completed to your satisfaction, we will remedy them immediately.

What Are Your Warranty Policies?

We offer a 5-year workmanship warranty and 30-year manufacturer warranty through GAF. The  warranty information is on the agreement as well as the certificate of completion.

What is a Preliminary Notice and Why Am I Receiving One?

A preliminary notice is provided on all jobs exceeding $1,000. It’s a standard legal formality recommended by the Arizona ROC to inform clients of their contractor's right to file a lien if necessary. This notice is not an indication of any issue; it simply ensures that the contractor’s rights are protected should payment complications arise.

What Does the Typical Project Timeline Look Like?

After we have received the estimate from your insurance company, we will check to ensure that all applicable line items are present and accounted for. Once you determine a shingle color, we will order the materials. We will inform you as soon as we have a delivery date for the materials. We will then pick up the first check from you and schedule the job to be installed. You will be informed of all said dates to ensure that it works with your schedules.
